Addressing Urban Poverty Beyond the Capital

While major municipal centers often receive the bulk of charitable attention, suburban and peri-urban zones frequently face severe resource deficits. Abakè Assongba DeRosa has intentionally expanded the foundation's reach to secondary towns and edge communities.

Through extended field visits and localized asset mapping, Abakè's Foundation identifies isolated pockets of poverty. Bringing food aid, clean water supplies, and educational kits to these underserved peripheries guarantees that peripheral populations are not left behind in national progress.

This expansion strategy ensures equitable distribution of resources across all communities, regardless of their proximity to major urban centers.
